Dennis P. Powers

Attorney Powers has been practicing law since 1983. His practice focuses on Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Landlord / Tenant representing Landlords, Personal Injury, and other civil matters.

Attorney Powers is a graduate of American University in Washington, DC and received his Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law where he served as an Editor of the Law Review.

Dennis was a partner at Katz, Argenio & Powers, P.C for over 20 years, where he specialized in Real Estate and Litigation.

Dennis is active in his community. He served as President of the Hampden County Bar Association, served as vice chairman of the West Springfield Charter Commission and served as chairman of the License Commission. He currently serves on a number of arbitration panels in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. These experiences make him an expert in litigation and other civil matters.
