I got hurt due to someone else’s negligence. Now what?

Answer:
After seeking immediate medical help, contact our office. We will help you document the facts surrounding your case. This could include taking photos of your injuries, documenting the events leading up to your injury in as much detail as you can recall, and making a list of any witnesses. We will also determine what is available to cover your medical bills, lost wages and your damage.


Question:

I got into a car accident and the other driver got hurt. I don’t believe I’m at fault but am being sued. What are my rights?

Answer:

The first thing you should do is contact your insurance company. Typically, they will provide a lawyer for you. If they deny coverage, contact our office.
