Sean T. Powers
Sean graduated from New England School of Law in 2015 and successfully passed both the Massachusetts and Connecticut bars that same summer.
He specializes in Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Business Transitions, and the complexities of Trusts, Estates, and Asset Protection.
Sean was elected to serve his hometown as an At-Large Councilor on the 2018, 2020, 2022, and 2024 West Springfield Town Councils; serving as President for the 2024 and 2025 term. He worked as an Associate Solicitor in Agawam’s Legal Department from 2018-2019 and previously served on the Board of Hampden County’s Real Estate Bar.
He has helped newly weds buy their forever homes, elderly couples downsize, and has facilitated multi-million dollar transactions for both Banks and private Borrowers alike. Outside of his real estate experience, Sean enjoys helping Clients navigate probate, establish their estate plans, manage and avoid estate tax liabilities, and structure succession plans for families and family businesses.
Sean married his wife Marysa in 2024 and spent two weeks with her in Thailand on their honeymoon – a trip he will never forget! In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, playing racquetball, cheering for Arsenal and the Patriots, and going on walks with his wife and their dog Eve.
